Sunday Trip Bus Fare:

Advance registration for members	$35
Advance registration for guest	$40
Standby passenger (member or guest)	$45
Children (17 years and under)	$15

Trail fees range are also found on the Sunday Trips page  Snack bars are available at most resorts if you don't feel like packing a lunch. Washrooms are open at resorts and outdoor port-o-potties have also been set up at many resorts. All resorts that Trakkers visit will offer rental equipment - a great idea for beginners - rental rates range from $30 to $45 per person for the day for Classic Ski equipment. (More for Skate ski packages, less for Snowshoes) The process for renting equipment has changed to online booking in advance of the Sunday trip at some resorts.  Please check the Trakkers website for the ski resort policies and procedures for booking

Bus trip reservations remain open until Friday at 9:00 pm prior to each Sunday trip. It’s always best to reserve early, as Trakkers might need to run only one bus.  Trakkers now has a waiting list, so sign up here to let us know that you still want to go.  A second bus might be added with sufficient numbers by 9pm on Wednesday.

Refunds

Requests for membership refunds must be made in writing to Trakkers Cross Country Ski Club prior to the first Sunday Trip of the season.  A $23 fee is retained for administrative costs.
