Classic Ski rentals are available at most resorts at a cost of approximately $30-$45 for a full day plus the cost of a trail pass. (Rental costs are more for skate skis, less for snowshoes.)
Trail fees are collected on the bus (CASH ONLY).
Rental costs are paid directly to the ski resort. Due to high demand most resorts now require members to book equipment directly in advance. Policies vary with resorts so please check the Trakkers website each week for instructions for rentals.
Members' guests are welcome up to a limit of two reserved trips per season. Guests who have used up their two reservations are welcome to become members. Standby guests are welcome if seats are available (see Sunday Trips policy for more details).
Guests will be expected to have a signed waiver ready to hand to the bus captain when boarding the bus. Download Guest Waiver form here.
Irrespective of the method of payment, the fares are:
Advance registration (member): $30
Advance registration (guests): $35
Standby passenger (member/guest): $40
Child (17 and under): $15
There are two ways to pay for your bus fare:
1. Online payment – Trakkers Ski Club prefers and strongly encourages advance registration and online payment. Bus fare can be paid online by credit card when you sign up for your trip. Your payment will appear on the passenger list which is provided to the bus captains each week. If you need a reminder of how to sign-up please see instructions (screens may vary slightly).
2. Cash – If you are unable to pay the bus fare online when you register for the trip, you will be required to pay it in cash to the bus captain when boarding the bus.
