Up to 30 days before arrival date, trip is refundable less $30 administration fee. After less than 30 days, trip cost less $30 administration fee will be refunded, only if a replacement is found. |

Skican strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to protect non-refundable deposits and payments in the event participants are forced to cancel their vacation. Trip organizers are responsible for communicating the availability of comprehensive insurance to all participants. The premium is due with the deposit.
Group prices apply to groups 18 or more. Price is subject to change for groups less than 18.
All applicable taxes in effect at time of this contract have been included in the package price, however Skican reserves the right to adjust the package price in the event of unanticipated increases such as fuel or new departure taxes.
Refunds resulting from substitutions are subject to credit card processing fees. All payments are final and non-refundable. Where substitutions are permitted, any applicable refund will be net of credit card processing fees.
In contracting with holiday participants, Skican undertakes to arrange the services referred to in this agreement whenever possible, but in the event Skican should find it necessary to do so, will arrange alternative services of comparable quality. With respect to services provided, Skican acts only as agents for carriers, hotels, ski areas and other suppliers and to that extent this contract takes effect as between the participants and the suppliers of these services, particulars of which Skican undertakes to provide for the participant on request. In selecting resort destinations, Skican chooses resorts which, historically, have long and reliable ski seasons, however Skican accepts no responsibility for actual weather and skiing conditions at time of travel. Skican accepts no responsibility for the consequences of any events beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, government action, weather, and travel advisories. In the event Skican finds it necessary to cancel a holiday, Skican’s liability will be limited to the refund or the provision of a credit for future travel representing all monies paid by the participant, not including any non-refundable fees identified separate of the trip package. Skican accepts no responsibility for individual incidental charges at the resort or hotel.
