Joining Trakkers
Annual Membership includes:
- Discounted trail fees and bus fare
- Free beginner to advanced ski instruction
- Discounted weekend and multi-day getaway trips
- Social events and an opportunity to have fun and make new friends throughout the winter.
2025 - 2026 Fees and Information
Membership Fees:

Sunday Trip Bus Fares:

Snack bars are available at most resorts if you don't feel like packing a lunch. Washrooms are open at resorts and outdoor port-o-potties have also been set up at many resorts. All resorts that Trakkers visit will offer rental equipment - a great idea for beginners. Rental rates range from $30 to $45 per person for the day for Classic Ski equipment; more for Skate ski packages, less for Snowshoes. The process for renting equipment has changed to online booking in advance of the Sunday trip at some resorts. Please check the Ski Resorts page for their policies and procedures for booking.
Bus trip reservations remain open until Friday at 9:00 p.m. prior to each Sunday trip. It’s always best to reserve early, as Trakkers may need to run only one bus. Trakkers now has a waiting list, so sign up to let us know that you still want to go. A second bus may be added if there are sufficient numbers by 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

How to Join Trakkers
This is a multi-step process as it involves email address verification. It also requires signing an Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement at an external website called WaiverFile. Refunds
Requests for membership refunds must be made in writing to Trakkers Cross Country Ski Club prior to the first Sunday Trip of the season. A $26 fee is retained for administrative costs.
